Kip rocks baby to dreamland with a swinging action. Once little one is asleep, Kip can be locked stationary. With a lie-flat base Kip is suitable from birth. Kip is so sensitive that the softest touch can give a slight swing. Adjust your touch and increase the sway. Kip will continue the rhythmic rock unaided, responding with a hypnotic, fading swing back to stillness. We get a bit mesmerised by Kip. Guess that’s the idea.
Kip is crafted with Cosatto care. In premium quality New Zealand pine, Kip is a sturdy smooth mover. Kip has a shush-shush effect, swinging silently for sound sleep. With stable elliptical feet, rounded prop ends and chunky lever lock, Kip is a solid swinger. With Scandinavian design touches, white and oak beach house chic and chunky profiling; Kip has a vintage vibe. Kip is keen to fit in and looks great in a range of rooms; nostalgic, funky, pretty, neutral…. You name it, Kip suits it.
We are safety bores at Cosatto. We think a baby’s first bed is like an extension of us as parents. A responsive secure nest is required. With a stop-swinging lock and slatted sides for you to spy on your sleeping newcomer; Kip reassures both baby and watchful parents.
Please note: this product is suitable for babies until they become active. As soon as your baby is able to sit, kneel or pull themselves up, the crib should no longer be used.
We have always been forest focussed; ensuring the wood we select comes from sustainable sources. We ensure that suppliers purchase their raw materials from renewable forests. The premium quality New Zealand pine we use, is not a wild indigenous species, it is an introduced, commercially managed crop.
After 35 forest-friendly years we are raising our replanting game. For every piece of wooden furniture we sell, we plant a tree – in Uganda, Kenya, and Tanzania. In partnership with Carbon Clear we have planted over 26,000 trees so far. An army of 26,000 makes a forest.
