BabyBoom 2000 now sell BeSafe Carseats

Posted on 28th May 2011 @ 11:26 AM

Besafe iZi Combi x3 is the latest modification of our most sold seat that lets your child travel rear-facing until 4 years of age. Rear-facing is 5 x safer than forward-facing and HTS BeSafe recommend that children should sit rear-facing until at least 2 ½ years, before turning the iZi Combi into the forward facing position. With the seat based on sandwich construction with its strong outer plastic shell and a softer inner foam shell, it supports your child with maximum safety. The shoulder belts are also automatically adjusted to their correct height in 8 possible positions and with side impact protection; there is protection for both the neck and head. The seat can also be adjusted into 5 different sleeping or sitting positions. When rear-facing, it is also really simple to install due an advanced patented belt routing combined with car belt tensioner and with its new magnetic belt system, the belt is kept out of the seat surface, allowing for an easy in and out transfer of the child. The carseat is also available in a range of colours.

In addition to this BeSafe seat, is the Besafe iZi Combi x3 Isofix version.  This seat can have isofix when rear-facing- just click in and the seat is installed.  There is also a simple belt installation when the seat is forward-facing, with a safety leg and tension system to give a really tight fit to the car. Green indicators show a correct installation, whereas a red light will appear if the installation is not correct, giving reassurance of a correct fitting. The seat can be reclined into 4 positions and the sandwich construction seat is a reinforced plastic shell with 40mm soft shell inside allowing maximum impact protection.  The soft and comfortable seat covers are also removable and washable. This seat is also available in a range of colours.

BeSafe have played a key role in informing Scandinavian parents of the safety benefits of rearward facing car seats and now the majority of families in Scandinavia use rearward facing seats.
